    usyd enrolment

Re: how does the timetable work? Thanks. How about subject exemptions, as I am transferring. I know this happens on the same day but does approval happen on the same day so that I can pick my subjects or is it going to take awhile?

    usyd enrolment

Re: how does the timetable work? One more question, I got a friend whos going to need to enroll too, we checked the site and my enrollment is at 9.15 - 9.45 and my friend is from 9.45 - 10.15. Could we both enroll at the same time regardless of the time allocated or is there something/someone...

    Physics in B. Med Sci

Yes, Physical Aspects of Nature is studied in first year. It is Physics with a flashy name. I don't know about dentistry but you need to sit GAMSAT test (once you've completed your b.medsci) and that has a physics component in it. Physics at UTS is alright. Les is one of the main lecturers and...

    combined b business/ b med science?

Yes they do. You do a B.Science/B.Business, because first year subjects are all the same across the science degrees you'll do the common first years with all people then in the second year you'll major in Biomedical Science with your electives. Only difference is you won't graduate with...

Dw its okay, just post here when you get accepted.

    combined b business/ b med science?

I'm doing it, you should do a B.Sci(Biomedical) combined with Business rather then B.Bus/MedSci. MedSci at UTS sucks hard, no job prospects e.g a real job.. unless your fine with being a technical aide or officer for the rest of your life, but do it if your plannin to go post grad MBBS or your...

B Science B International Studies: Help?

I think you should leave it as your first preference anyway, you'll be suprised with what UTS is doing these days.

    Metabolic Chemisty and General Microbiology

Re: Metabolic Biochemisty and General Microbiology General Mirco practicals sucked, we finished early always. Just do the work and walk out, but your supposed to stay behind to discuss stuff you recorded, but neh.. lol Metabolic didn't do it.

    Leave of absence

I'd rather not mainly because the new degree will eat up all of my time and there are clincal placements of 6 weeks each semester. So if I am studying at UTS even one subject a semester is going to own me, especially during clincal placements which is pretty much FT work without pay for six...

    Leave of absence

by deferring do you mean leave of absence? if you mean defer as in before i start... i have already done 2 years of my degree. now i want to transfer to another univeristy but there is a chance i will get excluded from a key component so i want uts to be my safety net so i can run back to it...

    Leave of absence

I contacted UTS and they said I can't take a leave of absence from UTS if I'm studying at another Australian university. Will they know if I do it anyway? lol

    transferring to another UTS course.

If the new course is in a different faculty then you need to go through UAC. No its not too late to apply through UAC, although it will cost you $101 + processing fee ($49). If its within your faculty then do ICT http://www.sau.uts.edu.au/enrolment/course/transfer/continuing.html
