It depends. If you have friends at your old school, take into account that it does help to have someone you know around. While you may concentrate without them, with them you can teach (which reinterates the concept to you), and hear their take on a topic your struggling with. As for the...

Yeah, I'm not sick of year 11 yet. I'm enjoying all my subjects, mostly Extension English and Chemistry. I am yet to start studying, once we have covered more work so that I can actually start studying, I will. I've only got about 1 hours worth of homework each night so far, so its fairly relaxed.

Thanks guys, Yes, between my two jobs I work around 4 shifts a week, some going into 8 hours. I hope to maintain it for the distraction/work experience, but if it becomes too much, I will cut down.

I don't have any free periods...unless you count not going to Physics last period every Thursday to go to TAFE for Animal Care. I guess that is the cost of Freedom.

My school only ran one Modern History class, which I wanted to take, but it ended up clashing with General Math, so I took Ancient History.

As long as you have an interest in what you will be learning, you have just as much a chance of getting a great ATAR as someone who took the more 'academicly demanding' cources. It sounds like you have a passion for your choices, so I think you'll do great :)
