easy, so you know -b / a is the sum of roots ie -1 + 5 = -1 And the product of roots is C/a , i.e -1 x 5 = -5 So we know alpha + beta = -4 and (alpha)(beta) = -5 So you simultaneous equations and find a and b i think :D

depends on the test, even if ur good, your competiting against thousands who have the similar attributes as you, so it defs. about the test, if its ur strengths or weaknesses, or if u happened to made a practice essay alsmost similar to the question :p

Do speed tests, i.e do Q1-5s in 55minutes, what i do, and once ur good at 1-5 u can spend the rest of your time on the harder parts
