lol sorry for the misleading diagram. the bottom angle is theta and the top one is phi. And the questions asks to show that tan (phi) = w/e then prove that the angles are equal. It isnt given in the question. Thanks for the help guys:)

so if (x-h)^2/a^2 + (y-k)^2/b^2 = 1 is the ellipse since focus is one xaxis therefore k = 0, and a = 2 and h=2 do u then use b^2 = a^2(1-e^2) = 3 so then u sub the values to find the eqn ofellipse?
