    Thoughts on Studies of Religion

I do 2U and the questions are always so close to the syllabus that you can almost go in with prepared questions. I'm just preparing basic arguments in advance (i.e. significance/impacts/contribution of practice/person/ethics etc) complete with quotes and relevant, modern examples....hopefully...

Re: How was modern Exam? lol. I don't think thats a bad thing - markers will be pretty impressed if you can talk about aviation in detail for 45 minutes!

General Thoughts: Modern History 2008 HSC Exam

Re: How was modern Exam? Well done, I was the opposite! I only talked about the air war for one argument, then ranted on about other related determining factors like the eastern front, liberation of france, and north africa. 9 pages I think Trotsky - great, lots of room for interpretation -...

    Lear - Dramatic Techniques

Under dramatic techniques I used things like symbolism, dramatic irony, similes, extended metaphor, motif, repetition, allusion...and even really specific langauge techniques like sentence structure, simile and rhetorical question. The way I figure it, the text was written for theatre, and the...

    Messy handwriting

i figure the markers are super-experienced when it comes to reading all kinds of scripts, and with the practice they get, there really is no reason why they shouldn't be able to decipher most, if not all the responses they mark. Plus, apparently if a marker can't read a response, they find...
