    General Thoughts: Legal Studies

The Crime question was nothing like last years...

    Section I: Multiple Choice

Tougher than it usually is but i think i did pretty well overall

    General Thoughts: General Mathematics

I don't think you will get any marks because not only is it not right but you've used latitude not longitude. Latitude has absolutely nothing to do with the time difference

    General Thoughts: General Mathematics

Time zones are based around longitude not latitude

Extension History - cant decide major work topic

The possibilities are virtually endless, so its hard to give a straight suggestion. Try looking into a period or personality in history that has a lot of debate surrounding it. Is there a particular historical period or personality you are interested in?

    General Thoughts: General Mathematics

It said total of some you had to add them together first

    General Thoughts: General Mathematics

I think this is wrong as well. Although the motorcycle (that's what i assume you mean by car) is in fact cheaper, the calculations aren't correct. It's not asking which is cheaper for 10 trips so it should be: 1.67 x 2= 3.34 36.40/10= 3.64 So therefore it is 30c cheaper to travel by...

    General Thoughts: General Mathematics

I can't remember the exact wording of the question but it just doesn't make sense for it too be both ways. There is no way the answer would be that the bus is $30 cheaper, its never that simple. These kind of questions are always within a dollar or two

    Copy of the exam?

Well starting this year we write the answers in the booklet. So we could only take the Multiple choice questions out

    General Thoughts: General Mathematics

There was no trick, it specified that it was just to the university. With these "Which is cheaper version" the answer is always relatively small. It would never be 30.40 But overall i thought it was a pretty good exam. I know of about 5 or so marks that i've lost but other than that i feel...

    General Thoughts: Modern History

First 3 pages was air war then i did a paragraph on how it was crucial to the sucess of Russia, North Africa and D-Day

    General Thoughts: Modern History

This is nearly identical to mine. Gives me a great sense of relief

    General Thoughts: Modern History

Yes that's true but the question didn't specify if it was German democracy. You could mention how the the extreme nationalism in Nazi foreign policy led to resounding success over the predispositions of other democratic nations like Britain and France. A good example of this is the reoccupation...

    General Thoughts: Modern History

    Yep. 75 would align to a ~82

    General Thoughts: Modern History

Quality over quantity. If you wrote 100 pages of narration you wouldn't get 25. It all comes down to your level of detail and argument. You can easily get a 25 with 6 or 7 pages

    General Thoughts: Modern History

Although that's true, its not really answering the question. The question asked about how it was triumphant over democracy, surely its harder to talk about elements of the totalitarianism in power because not only was there no democracy to triumph over but in reality there was very little...

    General Thoughts: Modern History

Yeah. I did first 3 or so pages on significance on purely air war. Then the rest was just talking about how it was the air war that contributed the success of all other campaigns
  18. edwardf316

    General Thoughts: Modern History

I thought the air war question was great
  19. edwardf316

    How hard is history extension?

Just the project, the readings are essentially your homework
  20. edwardf316

    What should I do?

Get off your computer, drink lots of water and rest up
