Long story short, a mate wants to do 3u maths in Year 11 but his teacher has told him he cant do it and that the school wont let him. What are his options? (He wants to do 3u obviously)

yea true. I remember how i felt after every maths extension 1 exam last year (I thought I had gotten 100%) yet i made silly mistakes in all of them so im not ruling out the possibility of having made silly mistakes today
