    I wouldn't say im 'excited' at the thought of the hsc. i just wanna get it over and done with. as for case studies, ive got amcor, hutchinsons (3g phones.. only know a little on this one), and ill probably look at quantas tommorow.

    Everyone ready? Anyone have any major concerns? I'd say im pretty ready for it, i know all the syllabus, just revising my case studies. For me, its probably going to be one of my easiest exams, so it is a good exam timetable that allows me to get it out of the way early.

    whos studying at the library these days ??

    my library is so good. i can get 6 hours a day done easy, without checking the time every 5 minutes. No distractions like at home. (movies, msn, fridge)

    Woot, gogo my local library. Quiet as the world to a deaf person. Sat there for like 5 hours completely summarised and learnt the Business course. Went and got lunch, did another 2 hours of Chem Only one phone went off, one or two kids. I find the worst thing to be the photocopying...

    Essay Introduction Structure

    Hai. My eco teacher tells us one of the most important things in the introduction is to define key terms. eg monetary policy question, would start by "monetary policy is... Interest rates are.. Inflation is.." and then to address the question. Yet, we read some student responses...

    I know in chem its still required to know a practicing australian scientist (teachers son FTL), do we need to know a scientist for physics? As it only specifies a 'scientist', not a 'physicisit', can i use the same person? I can't seem to find too much about it on the web.

    studying 8-10 hrs a day during STUVAC

    I have a timetable, aiming for 8x hours per day. I do it in 2 hour sessions, with 1 hour breaks. Each 2 hour session is a different subject. As the HSC comes closer, ill make it 4 hours of one subject per day. I've done the 8 hours a couple of times, 7 a few, but some days i find it hard...

    personally, if i had a gap year i would never go to uni. i'd get too used to the idea of lazing around etc.

    QTAC: OP/Selection rank?

    Im finishing year 12 this year in NSW, looking at going to GU to do business/eco. Because its QTAC, instead of UAI cutoff it has op/selection rank? how do i convert a selection rank into a UAI? so i know what uai i need for certain courses?
