STAT272 is the advanced version of 273, so if you have done 272 already you can't do 273 or it doesn't count

For the 14cp thing, there is a part on your proposed program which allows for approval of 14cp or more. An academic advisor in the room that day will sign it and the enrolment operators will approve it for you
