    Which external paper is this?

Hmm... Yeah it is from our 4U trial this year. Would you mind sending me the paper when you get your hands on it? Thanks
  2. C

    Which external paper is this?

Judging by "Last Activity: Today 6:20 PM"... The bloody troll can get lost.

    Mechanics

I clarified it with a really good teacher today. He basically said that in the HSC it is clear when the 'm' terms cancel out or not. If it does cancel out then you get a nice ln function, if not then some inverse tan function I believe in most cases. I mentioned this a while back, it seems...

Fermi’s initial experimental observation of nuclear fission

:S What drugs are you on? And btw, Fermi didn't actually do this experiment initially, so it's a badly phrased dotpoint.
  5. C

    Mechanics

Exactly my point, but they seem to add the 'm' into it and make it acceleration :S
  6. C

    Mechanics

If the resistive FORCE (which is mass * accel) = kv^2 then how can the ACCELERATION suddenly become mkv?
  7. C

    Mechanics

I've read a few threads here that it doesn't matter if you use mkv or kv as the mass is constant... But how would I do this using the actual resistive FORCE as kv?
  8. C

    Which external paper is this?

Right. You do that. Do you even know what my school is? :rofl2: EDIT: QFT
  9. C

    Mechanics

Hmm okay... Just one thing aside though... If the resistive FORCE, R=kv^2 But as F=ma, how can a = kv^2 ? :S
  10. C

Patel Integration question possibly involving factorical knowledge

Yep we went through it in class. You could get asked this in Q8.
  11. C

    Mechanics

A particle of unit mass falls from rest in a medium with resistive force R=kv^2, where k is a constant. Prove that the distance x fallen when the velocity is v, is given by: x=\frac{1}{2k}log_e[\frac{g}{g-kv^2}] Thanks!
  12. C

    Biopolymer

and now you delete your post? :rofl2:
  13. C

    Biopolymer

Maybe you could start by giving the correct answer?
  14. C

    Which external paper is this?

It couldn't have been independent, CSSA any of similar trials because our school has trials early and they can't use it due to security periods etc. Yes, it is a private school, but I seriously doubt that our teacher would've been that bothered to write up solutions on the computer.
  15. C

    Which external paper is this?

:( I guess nobody knows then.
  16. C

    Which external paper is this?

Hi, I've attached the 'style' of the solutions for a particular exam. I'm curious -- Is this any external paper that anyone would recognise? Thanks

    Cosmic engine

The two main models for the universe, redshift in the telescopes, etc.
