Also, I'd say yearly intake of undgrad B.Arts students at USYD would be a few thousand. It's pretty popular...including combined degrees.

Yep. B. Arts is different to B. Fine Arts. Fine arts is at college of fine arts and requires an interview and a portfolio (I think). B.Arts you need a UAI of around 83 USYD.

Look into UTS's B. Arts (Communication - Public Communication) and Charles Sturt's B. Advertising (or combined B. Advertising/B. Marketing... if you're interested in marketing at all). They are both excellent.

12 credit points generally mean 2 subjects (6 credit points each). I assume this means any subjects in science, at an introductory level, which includes psych. Although, I think you could do some maths subjects that are worth 3 credit points.
