Well, idk. We haven't had our pinpads upgraded yet, but credit was an option on my CommBank Mastercard (debit) in self serve but it wasn't available in liquor. Seems to be all over the place..

I too was puzzled why that was in there. The liquor agreement should be basic and cover a more limited range, not all the crap necessary for the supermarket division :s

There was no credit option today because I remember a customer getting annoyed about it. Probably an area specific thing for a pinpad happening in their area or something? Who knows. @nanakid I like how Woolworths tells you off via fb for asking questions lol. Seems pretty stupid though :\...

Correct. It's cheaper for them to keep you on wages, especially if it's only a few days. My old weekend duty manager was on a salary and did Fri/Sat/Sun nights.

I've just started working in liquor and love it tbh. I guess that's probably because I'm more of an introvert that prefers quieter environments and an area that is my own without the stress factor. I've done three 8 hour day shifts in the past week and they have all flown by really quickly. Easy...

Btw on Sunday I printed out the gap scan/area manager meme and put it next to the finger scanner. The whole store LOVEDDDD it but apparently the SM wasn't too impressed and ripped it down. Rofl. ASM was on the floor laughing almost.

I get 21.11 so you must be on grade 3? And no, it means they will get grade 3. AFAIK it's referring to the states that give grade 4 for supervision. If you get promoted to supervisor after the commencement of the EBA, you'll only get grade 3 but if you're already receiving grade 4 in your state...
