I can hit about 1200 in 40 mins which is like 900 in half an hour. You don't need to write that fast though- maybe aim for like 850 in the half hour and that's defs faster than most of the state and more than enough.

If it was harder than our test then you'll be fine. The marks in our test were 65/66, 64/66, 2x 62/66 and then 60/66 and it kept dropping from there so if it was harder, close to 60 will be very good.

Hint- that's not a very unique speech judging by where I think you are going. Though I guess its way better than most others but you could make it even more special/unique if you wanted.

Or finally, a third method if you are solid and quick at algebra but not so good on the graphing (like me) is consider cases of x. Like consider where x>2, then the equation becomes 5x=9 which has no solution in the domain etc. Though graphing is generally easier- just throwing this method out...
