Some tutors would probably go a bit spaz but others don't seem to mind. After the first few lessons when you've guaged the tutors insanity would be best to make the decision.

It depends on what units you do as to whether you'd need a calculator at all. e.g. Accounting Information for Managers wouldn't need more than a normal calculator (in our ARD tutorial people would just use their phones if they need a calculator). This also goes for principles of economics...
