I just opened two taps on my IE and it capped at 10,000K. Something up with your IE, DL firefox or Chrome and check the difference.

Thats in order of RAM, do it CPU order. BTW 203MB to run IE? HOW MANY TABS ARE OPEN!!! Decided to check my CPU/RAM. Should i be smiling?
