I think only like 2-3% of the state can get a band 6 in stand eng. Even in business studies only 6% can get a band 6! You can look up these stats on the Board of Studies.

I didnt get a high 90+ uai, but I did get 91.05. My subjects were fairly low scaling. I did eng standard, textiles, business, mod history and religion II unit. My school wasnt that high scaling either...

Normally classes finish like 5 mins earlier. If you are going to ACU Strathfield campus, there isnt much of a worry to get to and from lectures/ tuts, as the campus is so small. Anways, its not like school where you get into trouble for being late. Most of the time the Tutor is understanding.

The concession sticker allows you to receive student prices on all your travel. So it will cover the same thing. When you ask for a train ticket, just ask for a student price/ticket.

I;m a second year student, and I still have a 8pm finish. But at least I get twoo days off. Three if I count prac. hehehehe. Think of it this way. If you are there 5 days a week, you are able to make friends more consistently, because you can see them more often. ;)
