Do you believe Mary was a virgin when she gave birth to Jesus Christ??

Kway, I think it's pretty obvious Jesus and Mary existed, accepting that Joseph wasn't the farther (whether by adoption or sleeping around). The Bible contains many falsehoods, but it's basic structure is unlikely to be among them.

Uni courses to get into game programming.

I'm currently doing games technology at CSU, Bathurst. It's actually a top of the line course, regardless of your thoughts of CSU. Similar to the way in which CSU is top of Australia for Journalism.

Afghan women: be sexually obedient to your husbands or starve

It makes me sick to think that we're fighting for democracy in Afghanistan all while they're passing twisted laws like this. What's the point?

Lockerbie bomber's freedom improves Arab relations

Like the compassion and mercy he showed the 270 people he butchered?

Fly me to the the moon, let me sing among the stars...?

I'm a big fan of a public/private hybrid venture for such a task.

Australia and South Africa finalists to build world's most powerful space telescope

Re: Australia and South Africa finalists to build world's most powerful space telesco Why is that a problem? That's why Australia is a finalist in the first place! :p Regardless of where it's located in Australia, the technological and economic benefits still exist, no? Also, because it'll...

Australia and South Africa finalists to build world's most powerful space telescope

This baby will be about 100 times more sensitive than any existing ground telescope, and Australia + New Zealand have managed to outmanoeuvre America and China for the right to build it in their backyard. It will also come with one of the world's fastest supercomputers, which Australia could...

    Actor's US 'detention' angers Indians

Indians overreact to everything. I actually like them as a people but they need to chill out a bit.

Fly me to the the moon, let me sing among the stars...?

Helium-3 - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia I tend to agree that it's not a massive priority since there's still so much good science to be done here on Earth. But on the other hand, I'll have you know that a massive amount of technological advances in the past 50 years came from NASA and...

Fly me to the the moon, let me sing among the stars...?

Why is there not an option for 'both', BTW?

Fly me to the the moon, let me sing among the stars...?

The governments of Japan, India, China and America (no clue about Europe and Russia) all plan to set up Lunar colonies by 2020 (China, America) or 2030 (Japan, India).

Hello ANZ (and not the bank)

AFP: Australia, NZealand travel, military plans Australia and New Zealand are speeding up plans for economic, travel, and military unification. Will we one day refer to Australia the country as 'ANZ' or merely 'Oceania', as we now effectively refer to Europe as a country?
