Yeah go see your GP. Like get some sleeping tablets. They really help.

Just try the jigsaw approach. If you have lots of info- get her to spilt you up in groups and she will give you a topic. You guys will then summarise it. Then give her the summaries and get her to make a booklet of all that info. Easy! :)

If you cant sleep- take a panadine forde. Really does help/.
