no they would still accept it as long as you rounded it correctly. But to be safe just write the entire decimals out, it doesn't take too long and you guarantee yourself the marks for these types of unspecified rounding questions.

If it has a space in between the digits like 0427 829 201 then it is text because spaces can't be stored in a numerical form, but if the number is continuous with no spaces like 0427829201, it would a number.

I can't give you an exact estimate but from looking at the b6 rates, you should be able to get high 70's to just touching 80's for your ATAR. Just work hard for the rest of your exams and you should be able to get 80+ Atar
