    I'm not going to try and pretend I know anything about climate science, but a lot of the things listed are fairly unusual. Maybe a consequence of climate change is more unpredictable and 'extreme' weather.

    Its functional don't you think? Those kind of exercises use your body as a whole. It's kinda uses the body in the way it was supposed to be used, not sitting in a machine pushing something. It works out pretty much everything and doesn't place emphasis on one place in the body, so its balanced...

    You can work out everything with a program using only squats, bench and overhead presses, dead lifts, barbell rows, pull/chin ups and dips .
