BOS made $22,000+ in Clerical Rechecks in 2006

That's right, the Office of the Board of Studies collected more than $22 000 from 2006 HSC students to check to see if they had entered their marks correctly. Of course, that's not taking into account the expenses involved in such an operation. Sources of Info: 2007 Board of Studies Annual...

    Physics Help

for HSC physics, you can survive with only knowledge of General Mathematics. However you will have a deeper understanding of some areas if you do 2U Mathematics. However for physics at uni, you need to be good at maths. 3U is probably the minimum, however 2U may also be ok, however you will...

    Maths Teacher Notation.

Wow thanks, that all makes sense now. TE = Transcription Error. I'll scan and upload it on Monday. i don't have a scanner now. I think in my case it means Justify. but i'll upload the pages.

    Maths Teacher Notation.

Oh yeah i remember now, j is something to do with complex numbers and quaternion (i,j) but that is lower j. The marker wrote capital J. Also i thought Z written with two lines is integer, not J, see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Integer now that i think about it, it may not be a mathematical...

Its...

Could you printscreen the HSC result and the UAI page?

that just shows how easy it is to predict your uai. it also shows that coincidences are not so uncommon after all.

    Maths Teacher Notation.

If you are a maths teacher (or even a HSC marker) (or even a student who can help), do you know what "TE" means also what about "J". The context of these symbols is that they appeared in my marked HSC responses and I have no idea what they mean. Does anyone have any ideas?

    questions on the world communicates

You don't need yr 11. You don't need the foundations to succesed. Remember it's HSC Physics, not real Physics so you don't need the foundations, just rote learn everything and you'll be fine. You are wasting time learning yr 11, when you are in yr 12.

    dot point never done, HELP!

That is an acceptable answer, however it is not definitive. You do not know if that is due to a non-inertial frame or if it is due to a gravitational field.
