How'd that happen?! But as long as nobody received their assessment mark and everybody is back on a level playing field and in the dark the fairest way to do it is to redo the exam. Like they are doing apparantly.

Preliminary marks should have no bearing on your hsc marks. Which means its only the work you put in at the end which matters.
