What are your final UAC preferences?

How about 606010 B Midwifery University of Technology Sydney - City

    Were you stuck?

I would have done mining engineering if I won't so afraid of physics.

    need help with uni options

I agree with moll, getting a HD average for Commerce(Accounting) is a trillion times harder than getting a HD average for Arts. The hours you spend studying for Commerce is incredible. You can't compare the difficulty of Commerce and Arts, because there is no comparison. Commerce clearly wins.

    too many international students

Lol, what are you some kind of dropkick bogan? Haven't you heard of globalisation? I agree with redmayne, just go to CSU, Notre Dame or any of those low-ranking universities. You're bound to find many of your kind aka low achievers.

Good place to live at that is close to Usyd

Sharehousing. I hate to live by myself, I'll get awfully lonely :)

    too many international students

Point taken. I suppose there would be less international students doing law anyway. But they'll probably do better in Commerce. Don't forget the Australian born Chinese kids. They're pretty smart and make most of the selective school intake anyway.

careers in law other than lawyer

Lol judging from past posts, omnidragon sounds really smart. Probably a Melb High boy.

    BComm or BEco at USYD?

Just do Commerce and major in Economics in 2nd year. You choose your majors in commerce in second year anyway, so this would give you a year to think about it. Commerce isn't soft if you major in Accounting; it's definitely soft if you major in say, marketing.

Well I'm certainly not Jewish and didn't Rover get shut down? My dad used to have one, lol. That aside, my sister stays in Mosman, I should probably live with her. However my parents don't want me to live with her and rather me live by myself. So the hunt for accommodation continues. Hopefully...

Good place to live at that is close to Usyd

Arhh, I've only roamed the streets of Toorak and Melb CBD at night. Is Darlington a good and safe place to stay in? I'm willing to pay <$270 a week.

    UAC offers

It depends on the university. UNSW-online USyd- in person or assign a proxy Melb U- online Monash- in person or proxy

Lol nah I'm just hell paranoid of Usyd considering it's close to Redfern. I've only roamed the streets of Melbourne at night :o

    Help me find courses :(

Well done, I'm glad you did yourself proud. I really hate teachers who look down on their students and think they are stupid. Did you beat that guy with regards to the ATAR?

URGENT! Ditching Law after third yr - possible?

You really shouldn't take a place from someone who actually wants to do law. But meh, I don't want to judge.

Question about B Laws (Graduate Entry)

Wow 80 places? Fuck, my GPA is not HD 7. It's 6.25 for 1st year and my UAI is really shit (90s+). Fuck I really blame myself for not pushing myself in second semester. I'll probably cry my heart out on 20th Jan :( Enough of me sulking, how did you go in your GPA for first year?

    too many international students

Chances are the international students will perform better in uni than you.
