The marks are aligned to fit within what they decide each band is worth. Eg. They can decide an 83 raw in economics is the cut off for a band 6 and it is aligned up to 90. They do this for all the marks and it is different for all subjects depending of the cohort performance.

+1 I'm doing language and gender, and a lot of the practice questions we got are quite hard to understand. Three prescribed texts would suck as well. Orlando has got to be one of the most boring books I have ever partially read.

Overall it was decent. MC sucked. Short answer was so-so. Essays weren't that bad, but they weren't what I was prepped for and my hand started to cramp up. Only wrote 4/3 pages. Expecting 60-70

This raped me. Wouldn't be surprised if I got 10/20.
