It largely depends on whether you chose operations or finance as your area of preference. BTW would you have any idea how many cadets they take on? Just for the record, accouting gets a bad name but it is actually extremely useful and important. I definately intend to major in it.

They expect you to work for them during uni whether it be part time or full time, otherwise the cadetship would be pointless. The whole concept is based on work experience.

As in it is possible, but it is highly unlikely to have a perfect timetable for first year, meaning no 3-2 split. I meant that you would be working in the holidays and uni during the term.

It is more flexible than the others, you can do whatever as long as it is within the finance industry i think

^That was one of the options, i think it is mainly part time during holidays and stuff, not much opportunity during uni semester to work tbh.

Yea i agree, seems very soon. Ummmm the first part was quite difficult but the personality bit at the end was pretty straight forward. After you complete it, it tells you all the info, so you will be able to see what i did. Still doesnt make sense to me tbh.:spzz:

Just finished it. They said they will notify by the 24th of May and Interviews start on the 30th. What is weird is that it sounds like the interview is with Professional Cadetship Australia... Not sure why? Anyone have an idea?
