My Advanced essays are about 900 to 1000 words. Haven't written a real Ext one yet so not entirely sure but 1800 sounds huge. I was under the impression that 1200 was okay... Ok, so now I am worried!

Ext 1 and Ext 2 run on our timetable when most other seniors have frees or TAFE (Monday and Wednesday afternoons after lunch and Thursday mornings from 8:00 to 9:00). We don't seem to have as much time as other people in actual classes though.

We had to do a pitch in class and then, of course, we will do the viva voce next year. I guess your proposal was like our pitch ?? My teacher said that they are useful just to determine where we are actually up to and, in our case at least, verbalise our ideas 'cause supposedly that helps.
