I have no idea what his name is. And i can't tell much from that picture, all I know is that he's tall & lanky. But similar to that, he's really pale kinda looking, but has the same hair style + clothing as that.

Has anybody seen this asian, who has over the top hair, with clothes like he's dressed as a member from a Visual Kei group? He's hard to miss, usually see him around quad-CLB. But I swear, most outrageous over-the-top dressed asian i've seen at Uni.
