I think you can always pursue Graduate school at a different uni, even if you do your undergrad somewhere else. I think it will be near impossible to trasnfer to sydney uni though, you'll have to stick with UNE.

Yep, if you are in within/over the 2014 ATAR cutoff for your course, I believe you are highly, if not guaranteed a place in the course.

Depends, if you use this time to really rejuvanate and you totally go hard out throughout the next 3 terms, you should be able to pick up 98.

Usually the great private tutors will get snapped up via word of mouth. Though it will be much more beneficial, especially in year 8, to try out several english tutors rather than locking in for a year.
