Anyone know if you can pick up a one unit subject next term ? I was thinking of picking up SOR1 and dropping this one unit course which does not go towards ATAR.

Unlikely. Every year, the year 10s hear about that but it never happened.

Re: Truong's tutoring, any comments? Huh .. I was told he made his own tuition with my old English teacher back when he just left JAC in Fairfield. It's a shame I didn't get a chance to have him as a teacher for my current senior years. Oh wells.

Well, you don't know what the question is for the essays, so I suggest you memorise quotes you think are important, the technique of it and the effect. This is pretty much what I do LOL GOOD LUCK ! =)

Was planning on checking out UTS and UNSW But I have prelims commencing the upcoming Monday =S And besides, no point in going when I'm not going to uni anytime soon...

No need to stress. Its worthless if you're planning on doing senior years. If you want to do well, I suggest revise topics you've studied at school. Simple=)

A teacher I think recommended it but I never bothered about it until I came across if while googling.
