That's unfair. Making prepared essays shows that you've tried to study for the test? While I know others, who do absolutely nothing in class, jig etc... And get a much better mark than me.

This wasn't the intro, I used to be exact. I used it but changed some of the words around. Yes I did present two themes which where present in the that 'scene' For the 'text as a whole' I related the scene we were presented to, to other scenes in the movie, which had similar themes/ideas...

Yes, Cultural difference is an umberalla Idea which encompasses basically all the ideas in the movie.

I used cultural differences and Violence. Which the teacher said was correct. People also used loss of innocence.

Just saying that isn't exactly what I put on my paper, this was my prepared essay and I memorised it and tried to manipulate it to the question. But the question they gave us was so broad I guess? The scene was 'The gun of the Hand' I included violence of modern society in my intro as well.

Legal is my most favourite subject, although it is very heavy content. The content is very interested which allows me to understand to concept easier. Business studies is a good subject aswell.
