    Atar Estimate Please :)

You always get your own exam mark that you score in the HSC. However, if you remain last, you'll get the lowest exam mark out of all three people (you and the other two) as your moderated assessment mark.

    integration help !

    It seems so lengthy though... How about this: \int \frac{x^3}{2x+1}dx =\int \frac{\frac{1}{2}x^2(2x + 1) - \frac{1}{2}x^2}{2x+1}dx =\int \frac{1}{2}x^2 - \frac{\frac{1}{4}x(2x+1) - \frac{1}{4}x}{2x+1}dx =\int \frac{1}{2}x^2 - \frac{1}{4}x + \frac{1}{8}\times \frac{2x+1 - 1}{2x+1}dx =\int...

    Price elasticity of demand

Price elasticity of demand is the percentage change in quantity demanded that results from a 1 percent change in price of the good/service. Say we had a highly elastic good that was selling for 10 units for $10 each. If we increased the price to $11, the quantity demanded could drop down to 2...

First year transfer, dropping actuarial studies

I don't think it's possible to "drop straight to commerce" as it's now a separate degree. From the UNSW website: Have a look at this page if you haven't already: https://my.unsw.edu.au/student/academiclife/program_transfer/InternalProgramTransfer.html

First year transfer, dropping actuarial studies

Need any help? Msg me :) I think they do consider your WAM even for first year students. I've heard it's much easier to transfer within your uni than applying to another.

    A line L goes through...?

    \overline{x} = (x, y, z) = (3, 2, 0) + \lambda (1, 2, 3), \; \lambda \in \mathbb{R} x = 3 + \lambda y = 2 + 2\lambda z = 3\lambda Not in the HSC.

How to get full marks in a chemistry exam?

Know EVERYTHING back to front. Know how to answer all types of questions (discuss, explain, deduce, assess, etc), working on structure, and being able to communicate clearly and concisely. Do past papers (that have solutions) under test conditions and mark them strictly. Was there anything...
