    Majors and Minors:

No, you would have 3 elective cps left (not enough for another major). Probably use it to complete a People or Planet unit.

Are aboriginal people helped too much?

you've answered your own question. POLITICALLY it would be extremely difficult.

Which University is right for me?

Awesome ATAR. Yeah transport is an important factor, and USYD has a great Arts program I've heard. History, Philosophy and Politics are all good choices within Arts. I guess you could go on the USYD website and get an idea which specific units within these fields you would be inclined to do.

Thoughts on Newcastle Uni Law Program

Don't have the ATAR. I may JUST make it into MQ law. But if I don't would it be better to enter law by other means at MQ (internal transfer, graduate entry etc) or start combined law at Newcastle?

Are aboriginal people helped too much?

then i guess you would treat them equally and not give one perks?

Are aboriginal people helped too much?

people obviously agree and disagree and what is enough, which is why there's always controversy when you compare ATSi to non-ATSI people with same incomes and backgrounds. removing race would be something i agree to in principle but its implementation would need looking at carefully..... its...

Are aboriginal people helped too much?

that would be preferable, but the assistance is never at a high enough amount but i agree that if everyone with lower-scale incomes is given great welfare why would ATSIs need more? i take your point but the political practicality of things suggests that that wouldn't happen anytime soon so for...

Are aboriginal people helped too much?

I think disadvantaged groups like ATSIs should be helped specifically i.e. welfare "coupons" that must be used on essentials and can't be used on alcohol/smokes etc. They get much more welfare than their non-ATSI counterparts so the state should make sure that the extra welfare goes to good use...

Thoughts on Newcastle Uni Law Program

Wouldn't that be UNC? What's the LE for? And some feedback specific to law would be great if anyone has any?

Thoughts on Newcastle Uni Law Program

Firstly what does UNCLE stand for? And what are current and past students thoughts of Newcastle's combined law program, probably Arts/Law in my case. Feedback about quality of staff, delivery of work, student support, how employers perceive NC law graduates against other unis like MQ etc would...

Please help me make a decision :( ... its killing me

Just a quick question if I may, as i'm wanting to do law. I'll preference MQ combined Arts/Law first with an ATAR of 92.25 - would I have any good chance of getting in at all if its 96 cut off? If that fails I'm also willing to start with an Arts - Psych degree and if I enjoy that and am...

    Combined Law v. Graduate Law

Do employers view combined law more highly than graduate law or vice versa? What are the advantages and disadvantages of both?

    PSYCHOLOGY QUESTION

I'm curious what MQ psych students think about the extent of mathematical content and skills involved in their psych units they've studied. Any thoughts? This includes both the specific stat units and the general integration of stats in all units.

    COMBINED LAW QUESTION

Assuming the ATAR for combined law at MQ for 2012 stays around 95-96 as it has in the past, what do you think the lowest possible ATAR accepted under the cut-off would be? Based on the past... 94? 92?

    Labor Left v. Greens

Well from a Lefties point of view.. say what you want about the Greens but I will say this.... they DO have decent policies such a high speed rail and their focus on sustainability in areas such as transport, population and (many will disagree) good social policies towards refugees and were...
