does anyone know what the aligning is like for egn?

OH ALSO ive noticed that that mod 7+8 seem to be the main ones in extended response w/ 5 and 6 being more problem solving. can anyone verify this?

im browsing thru it now, some of these questions go rly in depth (at least for what our physics class has been doing). the calculations seem mostly fine but to you or anyone else do some of those drag-drop questions seem really quite in-depth?

yeah, like i can see this having several 'peaks' as it were, one from 65-70 and another falling smack in the middle of the e4 cutoff ie 50-57 but personally idk if this will 'lower' the cutoff compared to previous years im not all over this

what would they even ask us about the standard model for that many marks?? what else could they ask as an essay type question?

do u use/watch any specific channels or playlists suited to the course? or just anything u can find?

yeah yeah dont worry i didnt feel great about it either, just hope there are enough of "the average student"

also we gotta remember that the range for an e4 in ext1 maths is MASSIVE, it covers 39% of all ppl taking the test (based on last years hsc scaling report), i think this should be a factor too

agreed, those were the most problematic for me, but do we also count stupid errors in working out and 1-2 missed mc qs? personally i found the mc, q11 and 12 p easy BUT ofc you always have to subtract stupid errors marks in working etc

do we think itll align better this year than other years? i know quite a few ppl doing the test found it p hard esp w/ q14, so what do you guys reckon the e4 cutoff will be?
