Got our new phone system installed today. It was very entertaining to say the least! So many people accidentally hung up on etc. haha Anyone else have the new rule where no one is in self serve for the first hour, and the last two hrs of trade?.

I worked in homeshop (now called online shopping) for a while. I even did my managers relief for a month, and had the same experience!. other departments really do treat you like crap, They just see you as getting in their way. iwantfreeesays how many orders on average would you get a day?

As I've said previously, I'm doing my managers relief at the moment. I'm on a 38 hour contract and I've been told I have to stay till my job is done, with any over time paid out in TOIL. Do I have a choice of TOIL or being paid the over time? Or is it up to the manager?
