99.95 ATAR is not the same as 99.95 ENTER, or whatever some other system is used in a different state, is it? How do Universities judge, knowing the courses are different in each state?

Re: NSW to dump UAI! Despite the change being minimal (e.g. name change, top rank 99.95) I still believe this is screwed up, mainly due to it being introduced mid-year. I wonder what possesed those donkey's to introduce it mid-year instead of the start of next year?
