according my teacher in uni for law there isnt as much memorising because they dont need to know if u can memorise, they want to see if u can interpret the stuff properly. so usually in their exams there allowed to take their resources in with them! :)

i like it too, its a good subject and really interesting! but its a really heavy content subject and alot of memorising... i sorta regret doing it now because for the hsc i have legal and physics on the same day! :/

well with an average of 38 a 48 may get scaled to a 70, so thats pretty good for him.

hmmm.... im not too good with these but maybe 60-70ish, but really depends on how hard the assessments and exams would have been.
