I did Nazi Germany, then Mussolini's Italy 1922-'39, now i'm doing the Cold War and later the United nations. For both Germany i think that it gave us good prep in terms of 'personalities' which will be examined in the HSC. I think that Italy and Germany are very interesting topics for year 10.

Just wondering how many people here do History as an elective and what types of subjects you're studying...

I'm doing year 10 at a GPS school. For example in Maths, everyone except or maybe 2-3 failed their Maths test which is path b. In History the test was scaled up 10 marks because the test was so hard. Just my opinion but i think Private work is harder. That's not to say that public school kids...

Anyone have any ideas about good jobs for 15 year olds. I know the ovbious ones are woolworths, maccas, kfc etc...etc, but does anyone one have any ideas that are a bit different.
