just gotta change your diet little by little. add a few serves of vegies here and there, slowely cut down on the junk. don't starve yourself or go on one of those dramatic weight loss plans, you'll just end up gaining it back.
and what should an interval training involve?
get a timer. eg. sprint for 3o seconds, jog for a minute, then walk for 2 minutes. keep repeating for like 20-30 minutes.
i reckon you can just loose weight from eating healthy anyways.
cardio is pretty important mate. gotta keep your vascular system healthy. but im pretty sure your get a pretty good cardio workout anyways when you do deadlifts, squates and stuff.
do you do interval training training or just walk and jogg?. pretty sure you burn more fat from interval...
my career advisor told me that i get bonus points because my

yeh i put down bankstown. the cut-off is 68.05 atar. and i get like bonus 5 atar for my school area. so 63 atar is not really to hard but still requires effort. good luck man
