I'd think you were looking more at a 75-77. Those two band 5s will stop you from being pushed too far down. You're certainly not a failure. :)

I see what your point completely. Isn't it possible (and I know it happens) that when teachers couldn't be bothered marking something which is quite messy, but not illegible, some have been known to just give a C range mark so it still passes through the system? I know it probably is my exam...

@ibibab Clearly my other marks show that I can write properly. English is far more time-stressful in my opinion and thus my handwriting, which is normally quite messy, would have become worse. There is no need to be rude.

I want a review because I think there is an error somewhere. I'll be able to live with the mark a whole lot better if I know there has been no mistake

What if there's a large discrepancy in the marks for each section (as in the two that each marker gives and is averaged) and it's obvious this could be attributed to the handwriting? I don't mean to sound naieve here but I just want all the info haha :)

Is there any way to have it remarked? I have messy handwriting and whilst I'm not being pretentious and saying that there's no way I would ever get that mark, I think that could have really affected it. Will they check that?

Sorry man it was bail. If someone is held on remand then they have been deemed guilty to an extent by the state even though they haven't yet been found guilty. Being released on bail, however, allows you to keep your freedom as you are still innocent.
