I'd say your only realistic chance of transferring is to defer next semester so you can apply just on the basis of your UAI. Because if your only results are a pass and a fail you'd pretty much need straight HDs in your other subjects just to get a credit average

Last year psych results were put up on webct about a week before they were put up on the official results. So it might be out now

if you can find a new job then it doesn't matter how long you've been there. But I wouldn't put it on your resume if it's been less than 6 months

I assume it's just kept your blocked off periods from last semester
