nope none of those symptoms . i also shake heaps when im doing the situp motion to get out of bed because i don't use my hands to get up

i havent drank any caffeine for ages

whenever i hold something i start to shake.. like a cup and even a pen my hand starts to shake when im holding nothing its normal

that means we won't be going into too much depth for each one?
