    How does your school award the dux?

    I was awarded dux at my school presentation night which was november 30, so 2 weeks before ATAR is released. Im assuming it's based on internal marks? I also got overall academic achievement for year 12 (which is internal marks)...don't know whether they are based on the same factors considering...

    R v LMW (1999) for doli incapax and Young Offenders Act 1997 (NSW) for rights of young offenders. Children's Court Act and the Noetic Review (2010) for indigenous children is effective too.

    What essays do we need?

    No, human rights is just short answer questions. You need an essay for crime and one for each of your options.. I wouldn't recommend memorising essays exactly because they can draw on any point of the syllabus/themes and challenges. You should focus on content and adapt it to the question.

    HAHAHAHA. Also, Main legislation for crime - Crimes Act (1900). Never would have thought that one hey? Oh and Family Law - Family Law Act (1975)

    Rewards from parents

    I'm the same, that's why I don't really mind my parents just being proud of me rather than forking out 20K for a new car. Plus; smart = uni = good job = rich. Lol.
