You can write word for word but you should ideally have it in quotations and the text/author cited in-text.

English: 99 Maths: 95 Science: 98 Geography: 91 History: 89 Computing: 97 Bit devo'd that I didn't get all band 6's (1 point off) but happy for the most part considering I did zero study.
