Hii I got my first HSC english task (creative writing, defs not my strong point) and i got 11/15 which is 73%. Most people were getting around that mark. Is it still possible to get a band 6? It's only worth 15% and I'm sure i can improve in essays and stuff. Sorry If i sound really silly I...

Haha thanks, I understand that, I just don't understand how they get your internal mark, it's all moderated and stuff. Does that mean others at your school could affect your chances of getting a Band 6?

Hi Everyone Say you came 1st or 2nd in at least 2-3 subjects, however you mark wasn't THAT good (say 85 or something) would it still mean you could get a high ATAR (90+) considering NESA doesn't take marks for your school assessments, only ranks?

Is this person saying if you have a bad cohort, you're stuffed? Even if you do well in internals and externals?
