How to write a good scientific report/prac + discuss reliability/validity/accuracy?

^ I think I've slowly gotten used to being able to write out pracs, but I still need help in this area of my sciences (+ mathematical calculations for chem, but that's another story) I'd greatly appreciate any help from you guys. Also, if there are any online guides, I'd love to be pointed to...

Which of chemistry, bio, and physics should i chose????

That is quite odd actually, and uncommon too. I think more people do all 3 sciences than those that do just phys/bio :L But if it's all working out toward your favour than it's all good. I personally wouldn't survive with that combo. Just curious, do more people do chem/bio or chem/phys? I...

Which of chemistry, bio, and physics should i chose????

If you're only going to choose one, as mentioned earlier, choose chem as its better for uni (even for med) etc. If you plan to do engineering however, choose physics. Physics is largely concept and skill based, once you've got your head around the concepts (which is hard), then the subject...

From leading edge textbook: "Financial markets are also the factor markets for capital in the economy" Despite thinking over this a not-insignificant number of times, I don't get how this could be, could you guys explain it to me please? :(

    Maths help

find the distance between the centre and the given point (note, this is the circle's radius) using the distance formula. Circumference = pi*diameter or 2*pi*radius. Sub in your radius length into the circcumference = 2*radius*pi formula Since it asked for the EXACT length, leave your answer...

    Maths help

If a figure is a quadrilateral and has its opposite sides equal, doesn't it mean that it's a parallelogram? I'm under the impression that finding gradients are not required (find out values using distance formula) MO = NP = x OP = MN = y therefore opposite sides are equal therefore MNOP is a...

What's your favourite piece by him? I'm unfamiliar with Haydn and I'd like to give him a try (obsessed with Rach prelude op23 no4 right now and need to listen to something else before I start over-listening to that prelude)

I hope it all works out for you and maths, you seem determined (gimme some of that determination. I'm supposed to be writing out an english speech right now). You'll find plenty of useful notes here, or just post a thread and help will be provided, that's the beauty of this website (although...
