Be right back I think I'm gonna watch Steins;Gate for the 5th time.

This year is doing Germany, so I'll think my school will switch it around. And our school always does a related Individual Study. So fingers crossed for Russia/Trotsky.

The first one is somewhat related to what I did (although I reckon my one is better ;>). And eww, I'm glad we're not doing Indochina. Oh, and my teachers aren't nice enough to tell us what we're going to be doing next year.

For Economics we're half way through topic two or so. I wasn't there for the entire first topic, so I'm kinda behind. Sigh.

Contratulations ;) What topics are you all doing for Modern History? We finished Yankees and the Confederates and last lesson started with the Meiji Restoration. Yay, Japan.

You can easily find those online. I can recommend you The Rabbit or Mao's Last Dancer. Both approved by my teacher as suitable related texts for Journeys.

Worst novel I have read has to be Mysteries of Udolpho (Extension 1). Best: Animal Farm and The Book Thief. Animal Farm ended too quickly, I wanted more. The Book Thief was too long, but for most part it was fantastic - especially the end. Snow Falling on Cedars was really nice as well. EDIT...

Please, that's what I've been doing all year 9 and 10. Trying to like maths. I wouldn't give up just like that, but the truth is it's not gonna happen.

I got both books but I haven't done any exercises in them. Too lazy to do Legal, Maths I just refuse to do because I hate it.

God Maths is so boring I haven't even finished one exercise this year. ;>

25/25 for my Modern History exam. Very happy of course, now I just have to maintain 1st place. Someone else also got 25, the next result after that was 22.

Really... most subjects have 1 task a term, for my school at least. Sometimes we have 2 assessments in a term.

Not everyone can do that. I can't, at least not at this stage of the year. The way textbooks explains things is so mediocre, I need a teacher to explain shit to me and draw graphs and along the way explain how things relate to each other. That's how I learn.

Why thank you. Oh and the school pissed me off so much. I wanted to change to Economics since day 1, but they only changed my timetable last week. Also, our school lost its only Legal Studies teacher, so basically we have wasted 6 weeks of doing nothing, and we don't know how to begin our...

Finished my Modern exam. 40 minute essay, I was slightly nervous, first assessment after coming back to school, but it wasn't too bad at all. Hope I can scrape an 23/25 or so. Hopefully. Not sure if serious. Maybe.
