So then how would you use know which cases/legisation to use because for every question it is different.

Just another question; in the HSC exam, do they tell you the essay questions? If not, then how would you know what cases and legislation to use? You would be totally unprepared. Do they at least tell you a few questions that they might ask so you can prepare for all of them? I am in Year 11...
