I went 6 months without caffeine last year (no coke, coffee, energy drinks etc) and my favourite was parma. Most places charge an extra 50c for decaf though. Also, little known fact: decaf still has caffeine in it, just at significantly lowered levels. It's not absolutely caffeine free.

if it's getting you down and impacting your mental health, then move back. But if your marks are improving and you're learning a lot, it could be worth staying. Really comes down to what your priorities are.

Apparently you constantly need the most updated add-ons and stuff for macs to make endnote work. I don't know much more than that though, I'm afraid.

The strike is actually really important. It's not about the money, it's about academics having the freedom to spend time on writing lectures instead of researching (both of which take a huge amount of time and energy), and not being at risk of being fired for not producing enough research...
