It says 0 because you were not given a ATAR. Hence no units counted. It will not appear on your BOS Results Summary next year, but it WILL appear on your HSC Record of Achievement and your ATAR Advice Notice next year regardless of whether it counts or not towards your ATAR.

For subjective responses, they were doubled marked. As Rafy posted, there are quality mechanisms and checks in place to ensure all scripts are marked fairly and equally.

Yes, you must pay for both if the check has not been ordered already. I guess this ensures only accurate raw marks are released.
