    Section I - Multiple Choice

I got 17/20. Pissed off about 17 as well. Read the question wrong :(
  2. K

Sections III, IV - Extended Response

You surely talked about the automatic stabilisers?
  3. K

    Section I - Multiple Choice

Not really, they were pretty straightforward compared to what we got in SOR. I just made a couple of silly mistakes unfortunately.

    Section I - Multiple Choice

My teacher gave us those answers. I'm 99.9% sure she isn't wrong.
  5. K

    Section I - Multiple Choice

The NAIRU is the level of unemployment where there is no cyclical unemployment. Therefore it isn't A, because expansionary fiscal policy does not in any way, shape or form, reduce the NAIRU.

    General Thoughts: Economics

Easiest exam so far along with English Paper 1.
  8. K

    Section I - Multiple Choice

    Who wants the answers?

Stuck on an Economics multiple Choice Q

Yep that is the correct logic. I've seen a few similar questions. It's important to note that "base year = 100'.

    Economics Tomorrow

You clearly haven't looked at last year's exam.

    Exam predictions

Lack of opposition to the Nazi regime, collapse of the Weimar Republic, Nazi foreign policy. Any chance they will ask totalitarianism? We didn't even learn it.

    Economics Tomorrow

Someone actually started a thread about it in the Economics section of the forums. They wanted to know whether it was essential to draw diagrams in short answers. I just draw mini diagrams, I wouldn't draw a very detailed Keynesian income-expenditure diagram or anything like that.

    Economics Tomorrow

We do it in short answers. This is her 4th year at the school, and in the previous 3 years the % of kids who have got band 6's in eco have been 69%, 46%, 60%. So, she must be doing something right haha. I also tend to write quite big at times, so it isn't always possible to fit my answer in the...

    Economics Tomorrow

Our teacher tells us to draw diagrams and if we have time, write more than the lines provided in short answers. It obviously works considering that we always have 60%+ getting band 6 for eco, but I'm not sure in the actual HSC if we are able to write outside of the lines.
  15. K

    Economics Tomorrow

Does anyone know if we are only allowed to write on the lines for short answers? Or are we allowed to write underneath and to the side of the lines?

    General Thoughts: SOR I

The answer is fucking unification :( That question was utter bullshit anyway, three possible answers.
  17. K

ATAR Estimates - What do you think you'll get?

Hopefully 96.8, which would be awesome considering that I have been studying about half as much as my friends have.
  18. K

    General Thoughts: SOR II

I'll be disappointed with anything less than 36/40 for the 2 essays to be honest. I think i'll get 24/30 for short answers and then around 24/30 for Section 1. Thats only fucking 82/100, never got less than 91% in a Studies of Religion exam, assignment or assessment before. Sigh...
  19. K

Do you have strict supervisors for your HSC exams? Yes or No?

Ours don't shut the fuck up. It is annoying. They are too friendly.
  20. K

    General Thoughts: SOR II

I didn't talk about world or inner peace, but it was a flexible question. As long as you discussed principle teachings and gave textual references you should be G.
